Do you require electricity? * Yes No Multiple Booths: You can purchase between 1-5 booths of the same level or 1-2 corner booths of the same level. Artist Tables: All items sold or promoted must be made by the artist or creator, who must be present. T-shirt vendors are not permitted to sell at artist tables. V2C2 reserves the right to accept or deny any vendor application. Please note that securing a purchase does not guarantee a space at the event. We urge you to carefully review the booth requirements and restrictions. If your description of the items you plan to sell does not align with these requirements, your application may be denied, and your purchase refunded. If your vendor profile was incomplete or unclear, we will reach out to request additional information before making a final decision. We generally only accept vendors who offer products directly related to comics or pop culture. We do not accept vendors representing MLM companies, nor do we permit games of chance or vacation sales. Agree Terms and Conditions * Terms and Conditions for Vendor/Artist Booth * Vendor Badges - Badges are only to be used by staff running the booth or working the event, the sale or distribution of these badges is prohibited. SET UP - All additional equipment and furnishings are the responsibility of the Vendor. You may provide your own furnishings. V2C2 will not provide carts, dollies or other means for moving merchandise or vendor items. V2C2 will not provide volunteers or staff to help load or unload merchandise or items for vendors. V2C2 reserves the right to change booth locations at V2C2's discretion. Please keep in mind that some of the large islands may be split into smaller booths. Vendor Load in/ Load out information will be emailed at least 2 weeks before the event. *Please note: Floor plan subject to change, management reserves all rights. Renting, Selling or Subletting booth space is strictly prohibited. Payment for Space- Vendor understands the payment policy and agrees to pay as per the terms of the application. Payment of booth space is acknowledgment and approval of the Vendor Terms and Conditions as listed. Merchandise for Sale - Vendor agrees that all merchandise for sale is legal and licensed. Vendors selling unlicensed or bootleg merchandise may be ejected from the convention with no refund of booth space. Merchandise should not be overly offensive, including but not limited to, overly sexual material, sexual material portraying minors, offensive language including swear words. Displaying these materials and refusals to remove them could result in forfeiture of booth space with no refund. V2C2 reserves all rights to deem what is offensive. Outside Food or Drink - No outside food/drink vendors are allowed without applying with Morristown Landing. Morristown Landing has an exclusive on food sales. This applies to Food Trucks on Morristown Landing property. Please contact info@VolunteerValleyComicCon.com or Morristown Landing directly for F&B contact information or F&B sales application. Approved F&B vendors may only sell Pepsi products as beverages. Morristown Landing can provide these products at cost to F&B vendors. Please notify your contact prior to arrival if needed. Taxes and Licenses- Vendors shall obtain any licenses, permits, identification numbers, or approvals under federal, state or local law applicable to its activities at the event at its sole expense including the Tennessee State sales tax. Damages & Losses – V2C2 and Morristown Landing will provide on-site security. However, Vendor accepts full responsibility for any damage to your booth or merchandise for any reason. V2C2 is not responsible for any loss. Cancellation- Vendor recognizes and agrees that there are no refunds or exchanges given 90 days out or less. If Vendor chooses a refund, a 40% restock fee will be charged for the space. (Minus Fees). V2C2 agrees to refund booth fee (minus fees) within 45 days if the entire event is cancelled for any reason. HOLD HARMLESS -By purchasing a booth you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by both the terms and conditions set on this application. I acknowledge that failure to abide by the rules may result in the loss of my vendor privileges without recourse or refund. By agreeing to exhibit at V2C2, the Vendor agrees to protect, keep and save V2C2 and the Event Venue forever harmless from any damage, loss, theft, cost, liability, act of God, terrorism or expense that arises from their exhibiting at this show. This agreement covers full setup, run of the show and teardown.
